Dr. Fisher is a graduate of Chicago Medical School, and completed his pediatric residency at Cardinal Glennon Hospital in St. Louis, as well as a fellowship in Neonatology at Columbia University Hospital in New York. He is a Board Certified Pediatrician and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatricians.
Dr. Fisher was born and raised in the Chicago area, and lives with his wife and teenage daughter in Grayslake. Dr. and Mrs. Fisher also have four adult children. In his spare time, Dr. Fisher enjoys vegetable gardening, gourmet cooking and dining, and traveling. He is also an avid basketball fan. |
Dr. Asherson was born and raised in Cape Town, South Africa where she graduated from the University of Cape Town Medical School. After moving to the United State, she completed post-graduate training at Washington University in St. Louis. She is Board Certified in Pediatrics and is fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She enjoys serving as an advocate for the well being and development of children.
Dr. Asherson lives with her husband and two children. In her free time, she enjoys running, hiking, and swimming. |

Dr. Davis graduated from the University of Illinois College of Medicine in 1998. He completed his internship and residency at the University of Texas - Southwestern in Dallas, Texas in 2001. Dr. Davis has been in private pediatric practice in Lake County since then. He is a Board Certified Pediatrician and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Dr. Davis lives with his wife, son and two dogs. In addition to attending dog and horse shows, he enjoys biking and hiking in the forest preserves. |
Willow Oak Pediatrics would like to welcome the newest physician to our staff, Dr. Christine Swanson. After graduating from Rush Medical School in 2003, she did her pediatric internship and residency training at Loyola University in Maywood, Illinois. Upon completing residency in 2006, she has worked in the acute care center at La Rabida Children's Hospital and most recently as a hospitalist for the Univeristy of Chicago. Dr. Swanson is a Board Certified Pediatrician and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Dr. Swanson lives with her husband and two sons. She enjoys spending time with her family and hiking. |
